The Role
I wa given a high level of responsibility throughout a wide range of experience
Very welcoming and more than happy to answer any questions I had throughout the placement
Excellent support was given, especially in enabling me to achieve ICE/IStructE competences.
Depending on the stage in the projects I either had a perfect balance or was quite busy, but it was never unmanageable.
A very high level of responsibility, specifically assisting with project management tasks.
Extremely good skills was learnt and the placement is highly useful in my development.
The Company
Very friendly
I was given a wide range of experience throughout the placement.
I was given different training opportunities and site visits. I also completed quarterly reports that we're reviewed by my manager.
