About You
I really enjoyed the environment we were in!
I really felt as if they were looking forward to have us on board
We had always someone available to listen to us and answer our questions
I am really interested in baking and I found myself learning more during insights than at Uni
The Company
It was very well planned. Everything was clearly explained so that we could be ready and on time at any session!
Made a lot of friends, people from the Grad Team were really nice and helpful!!! Hope to see them during the career events at my UNi
I think the whole insight was aimed at giving us a feeling on how the bank works.
Networking events were key in making me realise I could spend most of my day with all people in the firm, they were all so nice!
Company cultures came out in every sense both from what you could see around and from the people
That's what I want to do!
Everything Else
A lot of them. I kept in touch with most of them!
Both formal and informal, so that we could challenge ourselves in the former, and feel a bit more comfortable in asking questions in the latter
CSR session helped a lot in understanding that!
Great opportunity!
