The Role
I enjoyed it a lot. The internship was planned very well and I felt welcome in the team that I was working in.
My colleagues treated me like a normal employee at the company. I felt like an important part of the team.
Anything that I was unsure with I was given prompt help with from my manager.
Some interns were busier than others but I felt that there was great balance in the amount of work that I was given.
Most of the tasks and jobs that I was given to do were those carried out normally by the employees already working there.
I improved my skills in Microsoft Excel greatly as I used it on a daily basis. The team work skills that I gained will also help me in the future.
The Company
The atmosphere was great. The people in my team were very approachable and I never felt out of place even though I was the only intern in the team I was assigned to.
I felt that the whole internship was very well organised. They gave us a good introduction to what we'd be doing in the first week.
I had frequent 'catch-up' sessions with the manager of the team so that I could reflect on what I had learned since the last catch up.

I have earned a place on the graduate scheme.
The Culture
I got on very well with the other people in my team. We would always go out for lunch together to socialise.
I lived in London so it was expensive as expected.
Very good nightlife. There were plenty of clubs and bars in the surrounding area.
There were a few company events that we could go to. This gave me a chance to meet with the other interns.
