The Role
I learnt a huge amount but it was also a lot of fun with lots of events to get to know people in the company and on the internship.
They were very welcoming and friendly
HR organised many valuable talks and events where you could find out more about the company and what life as a graduate would be like.
A good balance between site visits and office work. I was never bored or overwhelmed.
I was doing independent work from the beginning and by the end was able to write whole reports.
What I learnt on the internship has been really helpful for my graduate job.
The Company
There were a lot of events after work, and the office atmosphere was extremely friendly and sociable.
I always felt like I knew what I was meant to be doing and we were given a full induction on our first day.
We had a lot of talks about different areas of the company and the team took time to explain everything we were doing.
Company Parties/Events
If you impress on the summer scheme there is an opportunity to be fast tracked onto the assessment centre for the graduate scheme
The Culture
Everyone was very sociable and we often met for lunch or for drinks after work
Central London is always going to be expensive but Thursday happy hours are great!
The office is very central and the area has a lot going on.
There were many team building events such as rounders in the park.
