The Role
- Analysed 4 different stocks in 7 weeks and presented investment recommendations to fund managers - Very similar to work of full time analysts
- Treated like a full time employee
- Many hours of individual meetings with supervisor, receiving feedback on work and discussing different approaches and expectations
- Very flexible as everyone can decide himself how much work to put into the analyses - Day normally started at 8:00-8:30am and lasted until 6-9pm depending on workload
- Will help a lot in any job/activity related to investing
The Company
- People worked determined but were always approachable for any questions
Very well structured, 1 week training at beginning, regular lunches with people from different departments, some social events with other interns and full time employees
One week of external and internal training, covering finance topics (e.g. valuation) and excel modelling
