The Role
Friendly team, involving tasks and good pay.
The team valued my inputs and got me involved whenever I could help.
Less than direct guidance than expected. But this gave me freedom to tailor my work to my strengths.
A few boring periods, especially at the beginning of the internship (slow IT setup), but generally good.
A few important tasks involving key deliverables for the team.
Built good process analysis and problem solving skills (useful in future roles) also improved presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
The Company
A few quiet periods due to summer holidays but friendly and interesting discussions most of the time.
Poor IT setup and user account issues. But generally ran smoothly.
Heavily! A strong emphasis is put on training and development.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Already been offered a very appealing job. (within 3 weeks of competition)
The Culture
Lots of fun young interns and good social activities.
Very good value compared to further south.
Good fun, especially with the right people.
Good sporting and social activities.
