The Role
I slotoed seamlessly into my old role, this enabled me to make the most of my placement
I worked in the same department, however even colleagues with whom I'd not dealt with in the past were respectful and provided support where necessary.
Support was available if I needed it.
If I was not busy, there was no problem picking something up, I just had to ask what work I could take on
I undertook testing to determine design changes on programs. And was sent independently to support other departments within hte business
I built on previous skills and sought to broaden my capability through learning of others across the company
The Company
If you were engaged you could get the most out of the office environment
More could be done to support from a HR point of view
12 weeks is a little short for heavy investment.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I was recommended for a graduate position by my boss, and the day after my interview I was offered a graduate postion
The Culture
I have heard there was but through their own doing. I was not living near enough to be involved.
A range of places varying in cost, housing is a little more expensive
Leamington is home to the majority of Warwick uni students
If you wanted to be it with other placement students or work colleagues there was always something
