The Role
The work was interesting and challenging
Lots of friendly colleagues. Made to feel part of the team.
Management of the placement was fairly poor at the higher levels. Supervision was excellent.
The work was tough and I was always kept busy but not to the point that I couldn't cope.
Could have been more responsibility considering my prior experience with the company.
Very useful - you develop far more on placement than you ever do at university.
The Company
Good work ethic.
Organisation and HR contact was poor. People didn't realise I was coming until I arrived because HR hadn't told them.
I simply had a technical role in the office. No further training was available to me.
Will depend on the terms of the job offer.
The Culture
Excellent.
Expensive cost of living (near London).
Good.
Sports clubs organised by work. Very close to central London.
