The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year with Enterprise rent a car , long hours but you are rewarded for the hard work you put in which is a great incentive.
great team moral which is very important in any company , delegated important roles , gives you a sense of involvement which is always nice
Any quiriies or questions i had not problem in asking a manager or and assistant manager , they always looked to push your abilities and grow as an individual. Manages like this are hard to come by but nearly every manager i spoke to at Enterprise all had the same motive of pushing their employees for promotion.
very busy depending on what branch you where based at
everyone was given a huge part in to ensuring the business ran smoothly on a daily basis
the skills i have learnt on my placement year i will take with me throughout my career both in the working world and in my social life
The Company
it was a very fun orientated environment , even more so when the work was completed to a great standard , the fun environment made you want to work harder and more efficiently
During my placement year with enterprise i had a Management Trainee folder i had to complete during my time , the tasks ranged from sales , marketing , finance and many more. the company rewarded you when you managed to complete each stage of your folder.
incentive was to always improve as an employee and an individual so you can then take on greater responsibilities within the company.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
I will be 100% returning to the company , the opportunities to progress through the company are endless !
The Culture
i have stayed in touch with a lot of enterprise employees and placment students
Living in oxford is not cheap
comparing Oxford to My university in Brighton , there's no question which has the better socical life
Plenty of opportunities to help out with charities , days out , or even setting up your own sponsorship for charities.
