About You
It was a really great experience, traveling, getting to work on time and working within one of the most important financial risk institutions in the country
Pretty much all of the time, everybody was nice and showed me each of their departments in detail
Quite a lot, at times I was sitting at my desk for a while though but this was probably because of myself
Extremely helpful, my supervisor gave me tough mathematics problems in order to prepare for interviews and a more logical style of thinking as well as worthwhile experience programming on matlab. The other department also improved my time keeping and IT skills
The Company
Mostly structured, times where I did nothing but most time was full, and the time I did nothing was filled with personal A2 revision
Very nice, full of many lively people
I was offered many tasks to do during the internship which developed my skills, the supervisors and people also took time out of their day to explain each department to me
Didn't get to do everything because of expertise levels but I did still learn quite a few things that were useful for the job
Attending awaydays helped me understand hte companies objetives/culture
Partially useful, I want something highly mathematical without the excessive use of computers though
Everything Else
On time and in full
Yup I made about 5 contacts
There were some but it was mainly floating around the company and meeting people
IT training and physical training stuff but didn't hear much about it
Very helpful!
