The Role
An amazing place to work. Good quality work, flexible working and fantastic colleagues.
Everyone is very helpful and will always give you constructive feedback.
They have always made me feel part of the team and helped me when required.
First few months I was busy. Then a couple of months of being farely relaxed. Now very busy again. Can't complain really.
Got thrown into the deep end. But always people there to help so was much easier than first expected.
Should help me greatly in the future.
The Company
Was laregely hot desking so wasn't in a specific office every day.
This was because I applied in late 2008 and at this time there was a larege re-structuring process going on at BT. But the re-structuring has now finished and the application process is back its best.
Was continuinly encouraged to learn different software programmes and currently working through a PRINCE2 training course.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
The Graduate programme has re-opened and I am hoping to get a position with them for when I graduate.
The Culture
It was a little lonely at first as I was the only placement student but then I started mixing with the latest graduates which was good.
I was only in London for a year so I probably lived outside my means.
It's London.. What can I say?
They have a few events going on but a shame that we don't have any football events more regularly.
