The Role
It was really varied and I was given a good level of responsibility
My colleagues were a really close knit group and they were very friendly.
I had weekly meetings to feed back and monitor my progress. These were really helpful and gave me a good level of help and guidance.
Really busy but still time for tea breaks!
I had a good amount of responsibility without it being too stressful.
Great insight into the working world and met some great people.
The Company
It was a really nice working environment with great variation of people in each office
The company clearly has a well structured system for placement students which works really well.
I had plenty of training whilst on placement and was shown a variety of new techniques.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
There was plenty of discussion regarding further employment and positive feedback.
The Culture
The placement students did get on well and there were also apprentices and many employees in a similar age group.
Liverpool was very reasonable and cheap!
Good nightlife, the site is close to Liverpool and Chester both of which are great nights out.
Yes, I was a member of the badminton club and a social group for younger uni lever employees!
