About You
The people who worked there did feel like family and expressed how much there enjoyed working there
There was a lot of information about the recruitment process for internships/placements/graduate jobs.
The information provided allowed me to know what I need to be doing now to have a future at the Bank of England.
The Company
The insight was well structured, we were given a timetable before the day. Instructions on the different activities were clear.
There were employees on hand to tell us how it is to work at the Bank.
At the panel discussion, the employees explained the culture and I was able to compare to the culture of an private bank.
I now know what I need to be doing to work at the Bank of England and I would consider it in my future career path.
Everything Else
There were two networking breaks, were we could speak to the employees one to one.
It was interesting to find out their journeys.
At the panel discussion, employees talked about different activities that they are involved in, including charity work.
It is a good way to know what working in the Bank of England is like, before you commit yourself to a longer internship or placement. It also lets you know what you have to do to get an internship/placement/graduate job at the Bank.
