The Role
It was a great opportunity to experience a business environment and the day to day runnings of a business which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Everyone in the office was so welcoming and great to work with.
My managers were great and gave me lots of support and different tasks to allow me to complete my training folder.
Everyday I had things to do!
Everyone was given lots of responsibility to make sure the day to day tasks of the business ran smoothly.
All of the skills that I learnt and developed on my internship will carry through into my studies and into other jobs that I will do in the future.
The Company
The office was a fun environment to be in - i really enjoyed working with my other colleagues and meeting new people on a daily basis.
The training scheme was excellent - weekly training sessions in the first month with other trainees as well as continual training in the branch.
Enterprise Rent A Car invests a lot of time into their interns - i never thought that I would get the weekly training sessions etc and have reviews with my manager. I would highly recommend Enterprise for the training and career progression.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
The career progressions with Enterprise are great and I would highly recommend working here.
The Culture
Yes - we had lots of social events with other colleagues for great work etc
I lived at home over the summer - the internship was in my hometown which was ideal!
Bournemouth has great nightlife!
