The Role
Citi is definitely one of the better places in the rough banking industry.
People are very friendly and supportive.
Most of the guidance came from HR.
The workload varied, but became too much on certain days.
I was working with very senior people and I was allowed to bring in new ideas at all times.
Formatting skills, discipline, punctuality, networking skills.
The Company
Very positive and friendly.
HR had some minor issues.
We had speaker sessions from other desks as well.
Company Parties/Events
If you're lucky and work hard, you'll get a job.
The Culture
We used to get along very well.
Canary Wharf is expensive.
We used to go to the central area to go out.
Not many.
