The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed placement as responsibilities grew and became more familiar with the company structure & industry.
Mostly friendly environment.
Fantastic support from supervisor and superiors, approachable and made time for me.
At times light work load felt bored, however this provided ample opportunity to expand knowledge of the company and industry.
Responsible for small testing operations & maintenance on a regular basis
Passive skills, industry familiarisation and experience in workplace environment invaluable. Technical knowledge gained will help in degree course.
The Company
Quiet due to everybody concentrating on their duties, however frequent socialising during the day and all very approachable.
No issues with balancing work & placement requirements.
Courses throughout the year provide useful learning opportunities, however placement students are not eligible for all! Opportunities for personal development can be available should you wish to pursue a particular field/skill.
