The Role
Great experience. Well structured and great learning opportunity.
Worked across two teams. Good daily interactions with colleagues across the organisation.
Great training provided by the supervisor. Good overall introduction and specific tasks practices before I took over the actual tasks. All colleagues were happy to help when I struggled.

The Company
All colleagues are friendly. There is always snacks to be shared. There is also a monthly activity in the pub for the whole team.
Very well organised. Good introduction and training in the beginning. There was an intern event in Leicester, where I met all other interns in Santander. There was a gradual handover of tasks during the internships so I always had the opportunity to learn new things.
I received great training in the beginning. I was invited to an intern event in Leicester, where directors introduced Santander's business. We also had group activity to enhance our teamwork, communication and networking skills.
