The Role
Without a doubt, best decision...EVER.
I was immersed into my team of 30. I always felt welcome and we several social events as a team.
My manager was fantastic. He continuously encouraged me to meet people from around the business and improve my knowledge base through the extensive learning opportunities available.
I always had work to do and if I could see a quiet patch approaching then I would proactively ask for more work.
I worked on an enterprise level account based in London. This gave me a fantastic insight into enterprise level business operations and their constraints. I was also given the responsibility to own and manage several accounts which I was soley responsible for.
The Company
Always good a sense of humor amongst my team and everyone was so down to earth.
Very well organised. If i felt something needed changing my feedback was welcomed and acted upon.
Free exams that would have cost me close to £1000.

I have the experience and the knowledge to succeed. It is approaching the time where I will need to step up.
The Culture
Intern Xmas and summer Ball sponsored by Microsoft. Great fun!
It was not that bad, the central Reading is not the nicest of areas though.
Student town - Lots of cheap nights out available.
There was always a club or social activity being run. Theatre trips, Kite surfing, Ski Trips, a large amount of sports teams with funding from Microsoft.
