The Role
Every day is a different one, the team is young and full with energy. Everyone values your quality and the general atmosphere is great
I felt completely part of the family and that is how we took after eachother. I always felt valued and part of the team. If the day has been a diffifult one you would always find support from your colleagues.
As long as you ask for it support and guidance is always there for you.
At Enterprise there is never a dull moment you always have work to do; it might be admin work or simply collecting vehicles. As long as you plan accordingly your work day is a balanced one but you never know what is going to happen at Enterprise.
Indepence and prioritization are of great importance though you work in a team you need to take responisibility for your own work. If your fellow colleagues are busy then note it and do something about it, help them out, show your initiative.
Prioritisation, customer service, communication skills, planning and organising, however the most important thing is Personal Development; You will get to know yourself at Enterprise.
The Company
Because of the young teams, it is hard work; ambitious but never getting the fun out of life. I experienced a lovely branch with a family feeling, I never had a day without a good laugh.
You have a Management Training Folder where you have to work through and also trainings at your head office all in all well managed with a clear career path
They invest everything in you if you give everything. If you do not ask for it your do not get training. Our branch and assistand managers are extremly busy they love to put their pen down and help you if you show your willingness to learn and grow, if not then not.

As long as you show real ambition you will have no problem getting a job at Enterprise
The Culture
The teams are young new people come along almost every 4 months you will have no trouble meeting people from your own age
I lived in Cambridge, Cambridge is expensive but with many students
Cambridge is a student city so that is great. There are nice cosy pubs and a few clubs where you can go and dance the stress away. The city center is small but full of live
You work long hours at Enterprise it is up to you if you want to do something. I would recommend it though but it is tiring work
