The Role
Great people, never a dull moment. Always something new to do. Great to visit lots of different contract sites.
Felt I could be relied upon to complete important tasks and didn't feel I was always given admin and tedious tasks.
Was given support by my management whenever I required it. Help was always available and I never felt I was un-supported.
The business is contract based so workloads varied, sometimes I was extremely busy staying late to get work done, other times not a lot was going on with business development so was not as busy.
I feel I was given a fair amount of responsibility as I was often asked to complete important tasks which could affect my managers but also contracts and bids for new work.
I will be better at using my time, how I will go about completing my work. It has also given me a great insight into the working world so i will find it easier to make the transition from uni to work after my final year.
The Company
The atmosphere was generally happy and cheerful but like most companies there were off days.
Could have been better organised as my manager had 7 graduates and 2-year-in industry students to manage but everything else to do with myself and being there was well organised.
Was sent on an ILM management course and was also presented opportunities to go on other courses relating to the business. Also attended away days and visits to contract sites.

Company Parties/Events
The business is always changing so in a year's time when I am looking for work there may be a role, there may not.
The Culture
We had a good social committee that organised events paid for by the company. Sometimes, however, a little cliquey and reluctant to involve others.
Cheap as I lived at home.
Was OK, I know the area so enjoyed it.
Yes events were often organised by the social committee and when they were, they were well done.
