About You
I loved it! Rushing to court, presenting to associates, team-building, it was all excellent.
The firm did an excellent job at welcoming everyone and making us feel like we belonged.
The friendly and open nature of the team meant that we were able to ask any questions, without the worry of seeming foolish.
The scheme was extremely valuable in preparing for life as a lawyer. I am sure that I will take many of the lessons learned and apply them as a trainee.
The Company
The structure of the scheme was faultless. Well organised and thoughtful, it was a good balance of exercises that bonded us as a group as well as ones that pushed us.
The atmosphere was the best part of the scheme. It was very honest and genuine, which was refreshing.
The case I was helping on was explained to me by a partner for over an hour, I think that says it all. Quality investment even from the very top, unbelievable.
Being able to contribute to actual work going on was a great feeling and helped me understand what would be expected of me if I joined.
The insight proved everything that I had heard about the firm, not an easy task.
It was extremely valuable.
Everything Else
Cafeteria money was added to our ID cards as well, which went down very well.
There were numerous opportunities and the employees made genuine efforts to network rather than running back to work.
The trainee meal was a particular highlight.
I discussed these with some of the employees.
If you are trying to decide on law as a career or which firm to choose, you cannot go wrong applying here.
