The Role
Fantastic experience - Thoroughly enjoyed it. Really got involved with every aspect of the business and took ownership over my time at Enterprise.
Very socialible atmosphere, team work was key and the banter amongst colleagues made it a brilliant place to work
Support was fantastic. Helped with any areas I stubbled with as well as suggesting ways I can improve on weaknesses. The support was always available from higher management staff too if required, ultimately this helped me pass my Management Qualification before I came back to University.
Every day was different, facing different scenarios and challenges but this was part of the quick changing atmosphere. This helped ensure the job was never boring, it was very busy but it helped me push myself and learn a lot.
I took control over my career. Towards the end of the placement I was running my rental branch on several occasions.
Have learnt many skills and attributes. A lot of the theory I had learned throughout my academic career I was able to implement at my work placement, similarly everything I had learnt during my placement year i can not implement in my final year as well as the rest of my career

The Culture
Got to know my colleagues well and went out with them to socialise on a regular basis
Cheap and cheerful.
Not the best, but were many other things to do. For example going for meal, bowling and playing pool
Good opportunities, especially taking part in the charity 3 peaks challenge, definitely one of my highlights
