The Role
My internship with The Walt Disney Company will be a year I will never forget. The skills I developed during the 12 months of working there have been beneficial and extremely useful for my future career. It has also pointed me into the direction of my future career plans and my next steps after graduation. The employees were exceptionally friendly; I could flag any issues with ease, felt I had a strong sense of support from my team as well as the wider HR teams and also settled into the role almost immediately. I have also created a huge network of connections since working at The Walt Disney Company, not to mention, meeting friends for life. I loved working with Disney - the nature of the company was fun - there were always charitable events and screenings being arranged so not only was the work applicable to my studies, but it was such a great environment to work in. I feel like I have gained a valuable insight into the working business world as well as unforgettable memories with the company. I have matured and grown as a person significantly over such a short period of time and have so much to thank the company and the team for.
