The Role
It was a great and fun learning experience.
I can go to any member of staff and they are all willing to help
help are extend all the way through to the directors of the company and other managers
Usually kept busy with a variety of different tasks. Some days were quieter than others but that was to be expected.
You are given responsibility from day 1 - it makes your work feel much more worthwhile!
I have learnt so much during my internship and I feel like the skills I gained are ones that I will be able to use forever!
The Company
Everyone got on very well together.
I was well catered for from day 1 and always treated like a proper member of staff by everyone around.
Full training and help with all I needed to do to the same high level as the other staff.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I was told I'd be welcomed back if I wanted to return - not quite as concrete as a genuine job offer, but as good as!
The Culture
We always had lunch together, but rarely more than that
can be very expensive if you do not have anywhere to live in the city
It was a good environment for socializing.
Seminars and Team building are encourage as well as weekends games.
