The Role
It was a struggle but i wanted to get promoted so i enjoyed it at the same time.
Got a chance to work with great individuals while learning a lot from them.
I felt that not only the work I was doing actually mattered, but as well I felt that my presence was very valued.
bored many times and often when the auditors were in i was rushed off my feet
was allowed to work on my own and was my own boss on certain things
It will help me manage the tasks that i have do and build focus more on what I can do after I graduate.
The Company
All the staff were incredibly friendly and very motivated to succeed,
The placement scheme was well structured, where an in depth induction was given which enabled you to meet with the department you will be working in and also your colleagues.
There was lot of opportunities to sign yourself up for as many courses as you wanted. These include beginners to advance level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access courses and courses on core skills such as time management, team working and financial awareness.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
The managers have been very vocal about future opportunities
The Culture
A large group of students were on the course and you work together so plenty of things going on.
cost of living is very manageable.
the cost of socializing hasn't altered. Some establishment are expensive.
lots of social and sports clubs, holidays, events.. seriously, endless!
