The Role
I really enjoyed it. Fun & friendly place to work
Times Differ When your new your feel useless, but you soon learn that you will benefit the company eventually. Just need patience.
Management are always giving feedback & realise when you are down or struggling. always give you a hand.
Always kept going, sometimes wouldn't stop for a period of 8 hours, but your days fly.
On my individual projects, I had significant levels of responsibility, dealing directly with clients in one role.
Wide variety of sessions ran during the induction week, skills taught in all sessions (e.g. MS Excel & Presentation Workshop) will benefit me for years to come.
The Company
The atmosphere is always lively and challenging as the industry and work itself is so demanding.
It was very organized from people to equipment. all sorted out correctly.
Induction week with a series of skills workshops. Opportunity to attend in person or join online a number of different training modules.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
I have since been offered a graduate job upon finishing my degree.
The Culture
There were a lot of social activites throughout the year, a lot of meals/ nights out, lunches out from the office.
Not really suitable to students who loves going out every night.
Very good as there was a large student community.
The social club put on lots of different events - parties, fun days, trips to the theatre, etc.
