The Role
Such a friendly company, lots of room to learn and grow, improve skills and learn new ones :)
Everyone was very welcoming and respected my opinion as a native english speaker
I could not have asked for better support and the continual learning process has been well thought through
Relating to the above you could choose to do nothing all day or could occupy yourself and be extremely busy all day.
I was very surprised by how much they entrusted to us, from preparing entire sections of an audit file, to being asked to participate actively in very high-level meetings.
Definitely the elements of patience, persistence and continued strive for personal improvement will help me get through the next years of my education!
The Company
It was always very quiet and work-focused. I felt very self-conscious if I had to raise my voice above a whisper.
Good structure with line manager, but given autonomy to self develop
A large amount of time and trust was given to me and the other interns especially from my line manager.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
It was a great company to work for and I would enjoy working with them again.
The Culture
Ended up living with fellow intern and good friends with all.
The cost of living is a little bit more expensive than other places however the cost of socializing is what you would expect anywhere you go.
If you can get a good group of people you will not be short of good nights out.
Great opportunities, both social and sporting.
