The Role
It was a fantastic experience in a great environment. A really encouraging culture of trying to be your best.
Always supportive and helpful
An absolutely brilliant line manager who genuinely cared about my development and went the extra mile to help. They were also very supportive.
There are always going to be slow days. But in those days it is good to try and take your initiative and be innovative.
In my role I was given a huge amount of responsibility. You make personal relationships with customers, who you feel obliged to please.
Skills for career
The Company
Working in a small team meant that I often was alone in the office on a Friday. However the rest of the office atmosphere was great.
Everything was properly organised
It was excellent
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Healthcare from home
The company are very interested to keep ties with yourself after you go back to study. Whether its staying on with them part time or coming back to work during holidays.
The Culture
Yes they were friendly
cheap
It was great. Full with bars and pubs.
A few charity events were going around where employees could particpate, however no 'activity' groups are formed
