The Role
It was amazing. Great team, great place to work and a great experince
They gave me work that I knew was important to them, because they trusted that I would be able to do it.
My manager always asked if I was alright and checked up on me. I knew that whenever I needed help, I could ask him, or anyone in the team.
I was never too busy, and never bored. The few times that I didn't have much to do, I asked my manager for some work and he gave me things that needed doing.
I was given as much responsibility as I felt comfortable with
How much work I can accomplish in a day and business conduct skills, Technical skills and teamwork.
The Company
Everyone is really friendly and there was usually a good atmosphere around of people tallking sometimes (though at times it was very quiet) but usually it was very relaxed.
Everything ran very smoothly and I didn't really encounter any problems
A day induction at the beginning and then plenty of support and advice in the local office.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I would love to work here, I've really enjoyed it here and feel that since I've done an internship I wouldn't have to work hard to get to know everything and everyone since I've already worked here!
The Culture
Few nights out/pub quiz/drinks organised, some free lunches and drinks too.
Affordable considering student allowance is not that high.
There are a lot of great restaurants and pubs.
Yes, emails were regularly sent round inviting the collegues to attend party etc.
