The Role
Placement students are placed in different teams where they are valued from the start as all other team members.
My manager gave me just the right amount of guidance, she didn't breathe down my neck but she was alway there to support me if I needed it.
You learn so much on placement, putting lots of theories and learnings from uni into practice.

Lots of team events and work nights out!
The placement scheme has been running for many years so is refined each year and specific to each student.
