The Role
A great 10 weeks!
People were always interested in the work I was completing.
My supervisor was very good at explaining concepts and ideas.
A good balance overall.
I mainly had an analysis project but I was also given other tasks which involved speaking with many other employees within the company.
The skills I developed won't necessarily assist me in my final year at university but they will definitely be useful in the future.
The Company
Great atmosphere!
Very well organised.
There were many 'lunch and learn' sessions which informed us about the purpose of different teams within the company.
Company Parties/Events
EDF Trading would be a great company to work for.
The Culture
Good social scene.
The company is based in central London so the cost of living is expensive!
It is easy to get to other central areas of London which have many bars and clubs for nightlife.
There were opportunities to get involved in various activities outside the work place.
