The Role
The job is fantastic, hard work on your own and lots of targets, but you're your own boss and get the resonsibility of planning where you work each day and how to achieve your goals.
I could always ring them up for help and advice if I was stuck on anything
Manager came out on journeys to check on my progress every few weeks
Very busy have alot of targets and time pressures and you do have to be very organised
Lots of responsibility to plan your own calls and priorities and help other colleagues
Ive had to do presentations infront of senior managers which has increased my confidence. My knowledge has increased with an overall awareness of how businesses work, supply chain management, new product launches for example which will all help.
