The Role
The job is fantastic, hard work on your own and lots of targets.
You do the same job as full time members so you are equally as valued and always receive praise if you do well.
Managers were always there to help if you needed it.
Very busy have alot of targets and time pressures and you do have to be very organised
I have been given practically as much reponsibility as any other member of staff in my team.
I feel the skills i have developed/developing will assist greatly in my studies, as it is much easier to relate something you are learning to real life experiences.
The Company
There is a great balance of atmosphere in our office we can be extremely busy but still find time for a laugh and a joke. I think this a very important factor in work life.
When I arrived everything was set in place to get me doing my job. I can't fault the organisation of my internship.
To develop my skills in areas I have perhaps been weakest in at university the company have given me the opportunities to get more knowledge in these areas.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
If the opportunity arose to work here in the future I would deffinately love to come back.
The Culture
Was assigned a buddy who was a first year trainee which gave me a great opportunity to find out more about the firm.
For a large city, it was a level that would be expected.
There were a number of nightclubs and bars around the city and around the office, albeit rather expensive.
I always get an invite by my fellow interns for a night out and sports activities during weekends.
