The Role
Very enjoyable, friendly working environment and got given help by everyone.
My team treated me not as an intern but as a regular member of staff as did others around the business.
My manager and colleagues were always willing to help out and completely support me when I needed it.They also let me go it alone which was extremely helpful.
A very good balance. As the team knew I was an intern my workload started off quite light and gradually progressed throughout the year.
I was given a lot of responsibility as my placement progressed which was really helpful and enjoyable!
I will definitely be using all the skills I learnt beyond University. I learnt and developed so many.
The Company
Sometimes a bit quiet but everyone was hard working but at the same time there were plenty of times when was had. There was a very good balance.
In my team it was very well set up as I had a good manager who thought of all the small details in advance.
They invested plenty of time in me and were helpful if I asked about any more training that I could get.

The future prospects are very appealing as it is an extremely big company and so there as so many different roles available.
The Culture
Most of the interns spent quite a bit of time together outside of work.
Fairly average
Very poor. But not too far from Reading which has a good nightlife.
There was a lot of opportunities for various things.
