The Role
The placement was interesting and gave challenging work to complete at times.
Made feel welcome and integral to the team.
The guidance and training is amazing. I worked under two managers who were very patient and happy to guide me through all the steps of the projects
Some days more busy than others.
As the weeks goes by, I am given more and more responsibilities.
Excellent teamwork, communication, self-motivation, analytical and business skill
The Company
Other teams were very lively, ours often worked from home therefore it was often a quiet part of the office. Friendly enough and could always join in over the divide to the next rows of employees.
Everything tab very smoothly but also allowed you to shape your experience according to your own interests.
They were very encouraging to support us and make sure we knew everything to be able to make the decision to apply for the faststream or not.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Although my team is being relocated many students do return to the company and I would not hesitate at a chance to do so in the future.
The Culture
Mainly consisted of the pub down the road! But the organised social events make up for it
Cafe was quite expensive but that is because the plant is out the way. Local shops and food outlets are accessible on lunch breaks.
Mainly consisted of the pub down the road! But the organised social events make up for it
There were sport teams offered.
