The Role
I really enjoyed my year and there was lots of opportunities to get involved with projects.
I always felt appreciated and valued by my colleagues not only in my department but company wide.
The support was there if I needed it.
Working for a small company meant I was busy and had a high workload but that is what I prefer.
I was surprised at the level of responsibility I was given throughout my year. I had the opportunity to create the website for our annual awards which was a great responsibility
The year has definitely helped me in deciding what I want to do in the future.
The Company
It was a really fun, young, dynamic atmosphere.
There was not a massive structure to the placement besides the first few intro weeks.
The company allowed me to go to various free conferences and masterclasses.
Financial Bonus
The Culture
Based in London so it is expensive.
