The Role
I enjoyed the constant changing elements of my job.
I have a lot of responsibility and know i am important member of the team.
Management were very good at giving guidance and backing me up at times when i needed support.
Some particularly busy (but exciting periods) with an overall perfectly balanced lifestyle.
I've been given enough responsibilities to last all day and still find time to relax.
The discipline, skills and frame of mind developed in the internship will be prominent at every step of my life going forward.
The Company
There is always something to get involved in during those brief lulls. People are welcoming and for the most part like minded.
We had an extensive training scheme set up for us and well as time with the previous interns in order to get to grips with our new jobs. We also had a lot of social events set up to help us make friends and become part of the team.
I found i did not have much time for personal development. However i did attend some training courses. But i feel i have developed a lot as a person simply in my role.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I could continue working here for the rest of my life and still find new ways to develop and grow.
The Culture
Yes i have made many friends during my internship. There have been many nights out and other social events.
Relatively cheap especially on student nights. I lived at home so was very lucky not to have to pay any rent!
There is always something to do in London.
Plenty, i was involved in the charity committee but there was also sporting events and other activities to get involved in.
