The Role
Had a great time and was genuinely sad to leave at the end of it
Every person I met during the 10 month placement respected us, were happy to give up time to talk to us and valued our opinions
Really good support- every intern was given both a manager who they reported to and a buddy (often a graduate or recent graduate) who you could easily talk to.
It depended on how much work was passed to us but we had projects which spanned over the course of the whole placement which we could work on.
Given a responsibility that made me be a part of the team by presenting my ideas and thoughts on certain subjects discussed
A way much better understanding of the It infrastructure. Will be definitely much appreciated when continuing my studies!
The Company
It was fun and the people were amazing.
Everything was properly set.
It's quite surprising how much more I've discovered myself between a short period of time. They've invested a lot for me experience and financial wise.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I've seen different people move to higher career prospects and getting promoted and also better chances of future careers within the organisation. Would definitely love to work for them full time.
The Culture
I have made a fantastic friends from my plaement and we went out socially on a weekly basis.
It's London, high cost of living specially for a student like me.
Nightlife was alright but I'm not the party type anyways.
There were plenty of opportunities to go for drinks and dinner after work.
