The Role
The job is fantastic, hard work on your own and lots of targets, but you're your own boss and get the resonsibility of planning where you work each day and how to achieve your goals.
I could always ring them up for help and advice if I was stuck on anything
Definitely kept busy. At the start of the year it was quite slow, but once jobs start coming in the time flew in
Lots of responsibility to plan your own calls and priorities and help other colleagues
Definitely learnt a lot about myself and areas that I need to improve on.
The atmosphere in the office was always busy. Managers encourages you to talk to others - a very network orientated company.
The Company
It was good and friendly.
Some aspects are well organised. Communication can be quite a problem with some managers and this leads to poor organising. Depends on your manager really..
I was just trainee still they have invested a lot in me.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Some jobs are availiable- offer graduate jobs every year. Progression through the company can be quite fast!
The Culture
You are left to bond with the students and are not pushed by the company. We were a close group of students
In between really as I went out with collegues who were on a higher salary therefore went to more expensive places, but all in all ok.
Lots of pubs and clubs you can got to. but you need to manage your allowance pretty well.
Some emails inviting you to come and watch football matches, cricket etc. Depends on your department, lots of pub visits/restaurants. Company parties are excellent- free food and drink all night
