The Role
Great support system, great environment to work in, a great opportunity for self-development and responsibility.
By the end of my internship I genuinely felt like I'd found my place within the company and me and my close colleagues had a great rapport.
The management really encouraged us to look after ourselves but the support was always there.
Weekly allocation meetings meant a suitable amount of work was always set and with research you can always create new jobs if you complete set work before the deadline.
My responsibilities progressed throughout my internship and I felt like I was making a real difference to the department.
I am now much more organized and now understand the way an organisation runs with first hand perspective
The Company
Quiet days during the summer, but always something to do.
I had a tick off list of what to do each week. At times, you do need to go off and do your own thing. At first you think like you're not doing much, but after you realise how essential that time is to getting to know the branch, product and customers.
Lots and lotssss of information on the partner intranet and a small resources library which I used. Weekly feedback sessions to help set goal
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
great opportunities to move around the business.
The Culture
during lunchtimes and breaks, everyone was really friendly.
It was quite expensive. But canteen was super super cheap!
It was perfect.
Yes There were many.
