The Role
Very enjoyable and insightful internship.
Was always kept busy doing work that felt important and not just given to me to me so I'm not bored.
Given a buddy upon starting who was extremely helpful whenever I needed him. Directors and other colleagues were always willing to give any guidance if I needed it.
Always handed work whenever I felt I needed some.
Did work within my ability improving skills I already possessed whilst gaining new ones.
Useful for my degree and into a career in the profession.
The Company
Socials and sports activities always going on.
As soon as I walked in the door everything was set up including login, email and a buddy.
The whole internship was tailored towards going on to the company's grad scheme.
Sports and Social Club
Was offered a grad role come the end of the internship providing I obtain a 2.1 or above.
The Culture
Met other interns but wasn't necessarily encouraged to socialise with them.
Was neither here nor there.
In and around the office was poor but nearby Manchester had ample nightlife.
Various sports and socials as well as charity fundraising.
