The Role
The work was great, my tasks were challenging and the people helped and supported me through any difficulties I encountered.
I felt that colleagues valued my opinion, and were grateful and saw value in the work I produced. I never felt like I'd been given a task to keep me occupied.
The support was always there and I knew that, I'm quite independent so I liked that I wasn't micro-managed, but my supervisor was still able to tell when I was struggling on anything.
I always had loads of work to do, but I was given all my projects at the start and could prioritise, balance, and focus my work when it was best to achieve everything I hoped to.
The work I was assigned, I was responsible for. This was quite daunting to begin with but really helped me grow and learn. I'll also see my work translate into store which is really cool!
As far as management and marketing skills, I'll always use the skills and refer back to the knowledge I gained throughout my 8 weeks.
The Company
The atmosphere is really enjoyable and people were really open to sitting down and helping out.
It was organised well - my brief at the beginning was very clear and I knew exactly what was expected of me.
I went through some training at the beginning and learned more from the job than anything else. I was provided with opportunities to gain a broad range of experiences.

I would never rule out returning in future, the people made a great impression on me and the work definitely makes a difference!
The Culture
Yes, we socialized every week at least.
It was reasonable, definitely not London pricing!
The nightlife in the cities close-by was pretty good with lots of choice in restaurants, bars and entertainment!
With work, not so many. But the people you meet and work with organise activities.
