The Role
In particular, the variety of clients, team members and locations made the job enjoyable and not mundane or too routine.
I felt incredibly valued while I was progressing throughout the internship as I gained more responsibilities and I still meet with my colleagues for social gatherings even though I am not working their anymore.
Open door policy up to and including partners so guidance was always available.
My responsibilities increased as I progressed within the internship. I main responsibility was managing my own tasks and prioritizing tasks as I always had a pretty large to do list, which was always changing with the increase in work that came into the department.
Learning how to communicate to different types of people, internal and external to the organisation was something that I feel is a key skill that I developed greatly while on internship.
The office atmosphere was great! Hard working but friendly and fun too.

Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
They had a lot of online resource avalaible to learn from, but most of the training came from small sessions with co-workers.
The Culture
Although there weren't many of us we went out a lot with the other staff who were great fun.
I was paid enough to get by, and save a little each month.
London is a great place for any night out.
Yes. The company runs all sorts of clubs, football being popular with the lads, but also their are many gyms and good community activities in the area.
