The Role
Placement is very detailed and thought out
Everyone is really friendly and open to ideas and suggestions
Manager was very supporting, but at the same time let me get on with my work which i liked. It gave me an opportunity to learn on my own knowing i had support if i needed it.
Work load balance was very good.
I was allowed to make my decisions for projects that i have responsible for, but again knew i had the support by my manager if i had any questions or queries.
The skills i have developed will remain with me for life now, they are transerable and can be adapted to any situation.
The Company
Atmosphere of the office is really good, it is quiet, however you are still able to have a laugh and joke without offending anyone.
The work placement was set up to a high standard. The induction week was well planned out and got to build great relationships.
The company are willing to give you their time as long as you are willing to put the effort in. There are E-learning facilities available and depending on your department you get to visit agencies that youw oudl work with etc.
Flexi Time
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Secured a graduate role.
The Culture
Yes, all the other placement students are very friendly, and we all had a chance to get to know each other on the induction week.
Not applicable to me as i commuted to the work place.
Coventry nightlife it not great, however due to location it has many other close locations with good nightlife, example Leamington and Birmingham.
The company is very good on charity work, so had opportunities to help and volunteer at events etc.
