The Role
I am thoroughly enjoying every aspect of my placement, a real opportunity to get involved, become immersed within the company, a company with a fantastic culture, and great people. I would recommend this placement unreservedly.
Incredibly valued, appreciated, given a real sense of importance. A company where your voice is heard, valued and appreciated. A wonderful friendly atmosphere.
Placement Manager gave guidance, but I was given the opportunity to take on responsibility take control of my own placement and career with guidance offered when needed. Was placed within a wonderful team which boasted lots of expertise and experience, the opportunities to learn were plentiful!
I was kept very busy, lots of different tasks, challenges and opportunities. My Placement Manager was very aware that I am kept busy, challenged, involved in all aspects of the project. I Was immediately invited to important meetings, off-site appointments etc. Very exciting! There was never a dull day, everyday was different.
