The Role
What can I say? It was such a good experience. There was never a dull moment during the job and most of all I enjoyed it.
I don't think that I could have been valued more by my team and colleagues. They all welcomed me to the team and I instantly felt like an integral part of it.
All of the help that I needed was given to me promptly and efficiently. I felt like I could ask anything, even questions that I thought were stupid.
I was always busy with something but the work load was just right. Not too much, not too less.
They gave me the jobs that the normal employees would tackle. This was very nice as it allowed me to get used to the level of work and learn exactly what it's like to work full time at a big company.
I didn't learn many new skills but I definitely improved the ones that I already have. I feel more confident communicating with other people and also working in a team.
The Company
It was a very good atmosphere. Everything felt just right. It feels like it was specifically designed so that employees could work comfortably and still output high quality work.
Very well organized. If there was anything out of place, I certainly didn't notice it.
All of the time that I spent working I was constantly given tips on how to do things more efficiently from my team members. They really invested a lot of time into helping me get up to speed.
Company Parties/Events
I feel like I have a great chance of securing a job with them.
The Culture
The social scene was perfect. At first I worried that I might not get along with the other interns and the other members of my team but I didn't have to worry at all as we all got along very well indeed.
It could have been cheaper but I was more than prepared for the costs in London.
It was really close to perfect. The only problem is that I didn't have time to go to all of the places in the area!
All of the interns were offered the chance to go to a few company events. There were a few complimentary dinners too which were very nice.
