The Role
Long Hours - Demanding work - Have to really push to get the role you want, but all good skills to learn.
initially very little but its all down to you proving that you can step up and take on the work.
Some good guidance however it is mainly down to your own communication skills and ability to only make a mistake once. fast learning and a positive attitude will get you far.
Working unsociable hours for weeks on end usually in the office over weekends. Good rewards down the line.
Responsibility is given specifically on ability and how much you can show you are able to handle.
Organisation and communication (more electronically specific) around shaping comms to the audience.
The Company
Not a huge amount of fun - but challenging work and a very tight schedule means we were always busy. People are always happy to help each other so morale was always fairly high.
Fair - You are treated more like an employee than a placement student (which is good in my books) however can sometimes be a little challenging.
Due to financial climate there was very limited training so we had the basic training for our initial role.

Got a Very top rating which is rare for students - students normally get told about an offer during the exit interview which I am yet to have.
The Culture
Great people at Accenture - always things going on. (especially on 'out of town' projects)
Expensive - however management were always generous on nights out
Worked in Newbury which is pretty dull - some good nights when in london -
We started a small band - towards the end of a placement.
