The Role
I really enjoyed my placement, felt like I had some high responsibilities and if I wanted to; there was always more work available for me.
The effort demonstrated was clearly picked up by my colleagues and meant a lot to me; by the end of the placement we all had a huge amount of respect for each other.
My manager was always there, I am surprised how patient he was with me especially at the start as I asked so many questions. Plus a staff member always made sure I was getting a long okay.
Depending on the work, it was time intensive but still very enjoyable!
I was quite sometimes really busy and sometimes not that busy. Think that's just the way it was with my team.
The skills I have picked up during this placement are second to none and I will definitely use them in my future career.
The Company
Communicated with people in different levels in different ways in different countries. Organisational skills definitely improved as had so many deadlines at one time. Also took on some communication and how to lead effective meetings courses which was a bonus.
It was well organised, but felt that some events that were set up for us, although brilliant opportunities, were a little slap-dash set-up. It didn't detract from my experience though.
it was very much like learn it yourself and if you really cannot do it come to us They wanted me to learn more from my mistakes.

The Culture
We went out together a lot and also did day trips etc.
Pretty good nightlife as expected. Nice to let the hair down so to speak after a hard day's work.
I t was okay, but we still chose to go to London every nighout.
Carried on with sports and music
