The Role
I really enjoyed my internship, particularly in the second half when I knew my team and project a lot better and could be given more work.
I felt like I was valuable member of the team.
Sometimes I was left to figure things out by myself, but this was a good learning process and enabled me to actually use my initiative rather than just follow instructions.
I was busy, but I love to be busy so it worked out well for me.
I was in charge of a few projects once I got the hang of things.
I've been using these skills in my courses.
The Company
It was a fun environment filled with fun, hard-working people.
It was well organized I felt.
The company is proud of its intern program, as it should be. They put a lot of thought into the program which means they put a lot of thought into the interns.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
I would love to work with them in the future!
The Culture
We were all close in age and had similar interests so we got along well.
It was within reason to go out dinner or drinks now and then.
There were some hot spots where people liked to gather for nights on the town.
Yes, we had gatherings and clubs we could join in on.
