The Role
Social environment, with a lot of activities.
You do feel sometimes you are the intern. However, if you look for opportunities, you get the same chances as a full time employee.
Great level of support and teaching.
Due to my role, the workload was fluctuating.
A lot of project responsibility, as well as owning ad-hoc tasks.
Great learning experience.
The Company
As mentioned, we had a lot of social events. However, the economic environment affected the staff.
Great planning, with a lot of custom trainings for interns.
We had 3 compulsory trainings for the interns + additional depending on the role.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
They offer a great graduate scheme. However, it is very competitive.
The Culture
A lot of intern meetings and out of office activities.
Watford - cheap and near to London.
As said....Watford.
Quite a lot of sport and cultural opportunities, as it is close to London.
